No Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all products and services offered by [Stacey Gaunt Coaching].

1. No Refunds Policy:

2.1 Once a product or service is purchased from [Stacey Gaunt Coaching], it is considered final and non-refundable.

2.2 Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

a) Customer dissatisfaction 

 b) Failure to use or consume the product or service. 

c) Client lack of commitment

d) Cancellation or termination of a subscription or membership.

1. Exceptions:

3.1 In rare circumstances, [Stacey Gaunt Coaching] may consider a refund if the product or service received is materially different from what was described. Such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of [Stacey Gaunt Coaching].

1. Exchanges:

4.1 In certain cases, [Stacey Gaunt Coaching] may allow exchanges for Hypnosis services of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Customers must cover any price differences or additional costs associated with the exchange.

5.1 [Stacey Gaunt Coaching] will clearly communicate its no refunds policy to customers through appropriate channels, including but not limited to:

a) Website: A conspicuous notice will be placed on the website, preferably on the checkout page or in the terms and conditions section. b) Point of Sale: For in-person transactions, signs or written notices will be prominently displayed to inform customers about the policy. c) Email, clients will receive an email outlining terms and conditions including refunds policy

6.1 This policy is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing refunds and consumer rights.

1. Review and Amendment:

7.1 [Stacey Gaunt Coaching] reserves the right to review and amend this policy as necessary, without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon publication.
